Measure around the fullest part of your bust, with the tape passing under your arms and across your back.
Waist

Mark the end of your longest toe, then measure the distance from the wall to the mark.

Find your ring size.
Choose a ring that fits the same finger. Measure straight across the inside of the ring in millimetres, from inner edge to inner edge. Match that measurement to the inside diameter column.
Wrap a narrow strip of paper or non-stretch string around the base of your finger. Mark where the ends meet, lay it flat and measure the length in millimetres. Compare this with the approximate circumference column. Make sure the loop can slide over your knuckle.
